The Bison Mountain Bistro
Follow the steps of our grand staircase into the Bison Restaurant & Lounge. As you enter, the popular lounge to the left awaits your leisure. Enjoy a signature cocktail, local draught or choose from our carefully selected wine list. A line of chefs in our coppered kitchen flanks our elegant dining room. In the summer months, locals and visitors enjoy mountain views from our sun-drenched patio. It is quickly becoming known as the best patio in town.
