Hogadon is the ski area that I learned to snowboard at so I have a lot of fond memories of this place. Its a pretty small mountain but they have a great runs from beginner to advanced. Very close to Casper and is just a fun place for the family.

Hogadon is a great local, family-oriented resort located just 11 miles out of Casper, WY. It has a friendly staff, good ski school, professional ski patrol, rental shop, and a warm lodge serving hot food. One unique item is a grass-roots effort done every Sept. to preserve and beautify the mountain called the Annual Hogadon Tune-Up Day. Check it out @ www.hogadontuneup.com
