Navarino was cool for $10, but now that the prices changed, i'd rather ski in my backyard...

The smallest place ever, but for $10 and a short drive, I'll go there.

First of all the direction to get there needs to be better. It about 5 miles west of Navarino on 186. It took us about 40 minutes to get there from Green Bay.
The ski area basically consists of one big hill with one small ski lift and one rope tow. Majority of users were snowboarders (I would guess about 60-70%)aged 14-20 yo. It was not too crowded and the wait for the lift was about 5-10minutes but the ride down was about 2 minutes. Bunny hill was fine. There was a tube area off to the side but I did not go around that area. The office was very crowded and noisy. During peak times almost claustrophobic. THere was no place to store your bags or shoes and most of the kids (as I mentioned above it was mostly kids there) just kicked them under the benches so it was difficult to maneuver around the benches. Prices were reasonable but appropriate for the facilities. If you are a dedicated downhill skier I would recommend going somewhere else. I am not a big skier and my kids were beginners so they liked it.
