I'd say Bachelor is just ok. I've skied all my life and unfortunatly nothing in the northwest is all that great. No ski in ski out. Mostly ungroomed, and terrible weather. Despite what the description says, Bachelor has nothing close to "dry desert powder". It's wet, windy, usually only half open, medium level amenities, and like all "locals" mountains up here in the nw, has no clue what service should be at a world class ski resort.
Personally, I'd fly all the way to colorado or Utah before I drove 3 hrs to bend to ski bachelor. If I want mediocre skiing I'll save some time and money and just go to mt hood.
