Perfect place for beginners to hone their skills. Great staff, very friendly. Totally uncrowded. Rope tows and T Bars allow new skiers to get off at any point on the slope so that they are always comfortable. Lodge is very convenient, good burgers and fries, very reasonably priced. Nice long green run, half mile long. Nicely groomed. And only $1.00 for lift tickets and rentals on Fridays! What a bargain! We skied there 6 times this winter and we still have money left over. A real gem. It is also the oldest ski park in Michigan.
