From the beginning, he envisioned the careful growth of a community that would value the harmonious alliance of recreation, arts and a commitment to the environment.

Most of all, every part of the ski area affords skiers an overwhelming sense of the beautiful surroundings. Mount Timpanogos rises from the base of the ski trails to a summit of 12,000 feet, casting its spirit over the entire area.

Bishop's Bowl is regarded as one of the finest intermediate-expert bowls in the Wasatch Range, and there are long cruisers where even novices feel like experts.

The trails and slopes take skiers through everything from thick spruce forests to steep narrow chutes and wide open bowls.

For Cross Country skiers, 15 km of trails wind through Elk Meadows Preserve, a pristine tract of aspen groves and alpine meadows. Cross Country, Snowshoes, and telemark rentals lessons are available. Lessons are also offered!

From Salt Lake City, take I-15 south to the Provo exit and follow the signs for Sundance.
