Mont Fortin is located in the heart of the city of Jonquière, directly on the Saguenay River. The latter being a fjord, flowing into the hills are steep almost all ... and it is also the case for the station within 100 meters of altitude, but nevertheless offers a surprising angle, with more than half of the ski area listed expert or extreme. The station has, however, on the left side of the ski area to provide ground for beginners to hone their skills in skiing or snowboarding, before emptying into the right tracks.

A ski school is also active and ensures that no one take to starting bad habits! If you have no equipment, no problem: the rental shop is there for you! The station has five lifts, including a double chairlift, all to make this land available to all. It illuminates the area tracks in the evening, and so the people coming out of the office have a step to put a few runs and unwind from the long day's work.

In addition, the restaurant bar serves the faithful and also has a complete cafeteria that is normally open during the day, to offer a complete service for skiers in the city.
