Nubs Nob Ski Area is located in the heart of Michigan's ski country.

Nubs Nob is a family-owned operation. The family continuously channels resources back into the resort and in the last five years alone have added four chairlifts, expanded the ski acreage by more than 30 percent, increased the snowmaking capacity to 5,000 GPM with more than 159 patented Nubs Nob snow guns, and more than doubled the size of the day lodge.

Ski lessons are available through our full-service, PSIA-certified ski school with daily "Nubs Cubs" children's programs and the best learn-to-ski program and facility anywhere.

Nubs Nob also offers NASTAR racing; daily day care service; 43 slopes and eight lifts; snowboard half-pipe with terrain garden; and night skiing five nights a week during January, February and March.

Groomed and trackset cross-country skiing is also available on our four mile expert loop or our one mile lit beginner loop.

Kids eight and under always ski free when with their own skiing parent, and "kids" 70 and over ski free everyday.

In addition to great skiing in a friendly atmosphere, amenities include slopeside condominium lodging, a highly acclaimed cafeteria where most everything from soup to doughnuts is homemade, a General Store and Ski Shop, a lounge and ski rental equipment.

To get to Nubs Nob from Detroit and eastern Michigan, take I-75 to Exit 310. Take M-68 west to Route 31 south to Conway. Turn right at the blinker, right onto M-119, and watch for the signs.
