In 2007/08 Echo Mountain has made some serious improvements. They have added 40 more features, 30% more terrain, and doubling the amount of lighted terrain on the mountain.

Plenty more is to come including a new beginner area & handle-tow lift, new glades, and freestyle woods area too.

Echo is doing everything possible to preserve the beauty and the environment of the area. Echo Mountain uses the most up-to-date water saving devices throughout the facility. Tree cutting has been kept to a minimum, strictly adhering to Forest Service guidelines. During construction EMP has spent thousands of dollars to control erosion and runoff and have removed dozens of abandoned cars.
