prospector accomodations

Stay in the centrally located Prospector Square area in one of three lodging properties: Prospector Square Lodge, New Claim Condominiums, or Suncreek Condominiums. Each is within one mile of Park City Mountain Resort and historic Main Street. Deer Valley and The Canyons resorts are just a couple miles away and are accessible via the free citywide bus system. Many shops, restaurants and entertainment venues are within walking distance. Guests enjoy a central check in at the Carriage House, which is within one block of each property. The Prospector Square Lodge features both standard hotel rooms and studio units. Spacious two bedroom units are offered at New Claim and Suncreek. Winter guests receive two one-time use passes per reservation to the adjacent Silver Mountain Sport Club and Spa. This 32,000 square foot club boasts two pools, two hot tubs, dry sauna, steam room, and over 2,500 square feet of free weights and machines, aerobic rooms, a racquetball court, and more.

Two Bedroom Condominium A two bedroom condo unit includes a master bedroom with bath, queen beds in each room (or two twins in the second), full kitchen, dining area, full living room with fireplace and queen sofa sleeper (most rooms), a second full bathroom, and a balcony. Two bedroom units are located in the New Claim and Suncreek buildings.

Hotel Room Quality hotel room- 315 square feet, sleeps 4 max, 2 queens, cable TV, coffee machine with complimentary coffee, iron/ironing board, and hair dryer. Hotel rooms are located in the Prospector Square Lodge.

Studio Studio suite- 350 square feet, sleeps 4 max, 2 queens (or one queen and one sofa sleeper), kitchenette facility, private balcony, desk, cable TV, coffee machine with complimentary coffee, iron/ironing board, and hair dryer. Studio units are located in the Prospector Square Lodge.

Policies

Cancellation Winter: Cancellations prior to 45 days of arrival are charged a 100 USD per unit fee. If reservation is canceled within 45 days of arrival, payment is non-refundable.

Guarantee Winter: A deposit equal to the amount of two nights lodging is due at time of booking. Summer: A credit card guarantee is required at the time of booking.

Directions

Salt Lake Internation Airport From the Salt Lake Internation Airport, take I-80 eastbound. Continue approximately 25 miles and exit at Park City/Kimball Junction exit 145. Proceed approximately six miles and turn left onto Kearns Blvd. Turn right onto Bonanza Dr. Continue for a half a block and turn left on Prospector Ave. Continue two blocks and turn left into the Carriage House for check in (1940 Prospector Ave). Upon checking in you will be directed to your unit.
