Park Avenue offers over 60 well appointed condominiums in a beautiful mountain setting. Accommodations range in size from 1 bedroom to 4 bedroom + loft condos. Condominiums offer fully equipped kitchens,comfortable bedrooms, spacious living room and great location. Park City is located a short 35 minute drive from the Salt Lake City International Airport. Summer activities include golfing, biking,tennis, hiking, fishing and horseback riding. Winter activities include world class skiing, snowboarding at the Park City Mountain Resort,Deer Valley Resort which is skiing only and the Canyons. Park City also offers terrific shopping and over 80 restaurants ranging from casual dining to haute cuisine. There is a 4% reservations fee added to all reservations for stays between Nov.2-Apr.17 There is a 3% reservations fee added to all reservations for stays between Apr.18-Nov.1.

Salt Lake City International Airport From the airport, take Interstate 80 east to Parleys Canyon. Proceed through the canyon to Kimball Junction at Exit 145. Turn right off of exit onto Highway 224 South for 6 miles.
