The new village at Mountain Creek is well under way, with the new Appalachian and the Black Creek Sanctuary Townhomes. The Appalachian is the first of our lodging properties at Mountain Creek to offer slopeside hotel accommodations. We have begun taking the first reservations for stays beginning July 1, 2006. At Black Creek Sanctuary, our luxury resort townhomes are already open year-round. And it's a good thing, because the surrounding region offers fantastic dining, 12 golf courses, antiquing, wineries, horseback riding, apple orchards, quaint shops, stunning state parks, the Space Farms zoo, hiking and of course, world-class snowboarding, skiing and snow tubing in the winter.
