Some rooms and suites feature in-room whirlpool. The property features over 300 feet of sugar sand beach, an indoor pool and whirlpool, exercise room, continental breakfast with fresh waffles, wave runner and boat rentals. The Hotel was completely renovated in 2006. It is fully sprinklered and has 24 hour a day security.

**From TVC Cherry Capital Airport: Take Airport Access Road north 2 miles to US 31 and turn right. The Hotel is located 5 miles up on the left hand side of the highway. **From Grand Rapids: Take us 131 north to M113 west 5 miles north of Manton. Proceed through the town of Kingsley (follow signs). 7 miles past Kingsley turn right on 3 Mile Road. Take 3 Mile to end and turn right on US 31. The Hotel is located 2 miles up on left hand side of the highway. From Detroit Area: Take I-75 North to M-72 East in Grayling. Follow M-72 through the town of Kalakaska.
