Views of the valley- this unit offers a balcony off of the living room/kitchen area on the upper level. Bedrooms follow on the lower two levels with the patio on the lowest level. Studio Loft/1 Bath Studio Loft/1 Bath-Sleeps up to 4 people- Bedding-queen in loft- queen sofa sleeper. Each unit is on the upper floor with high ceilings and views of the valley below or of the ski mountain. Full kitchen- fireplace- TV/VCR- voice mail- iron/ironing board- blow dryer- bathrobes- complimentary wine- balconies.

Studio/1 Bath Studio/1 Bath-Sleeps up to 4 people- Bedding-queen murphy bed and queen sofa sleeper. One of the lower level patio units has a set of twin beds and a sofa sleeper. The twins can be pushed together for a king size bed. Full kitchen- fireplace- TV/VCR- voice mail- iron/ironing board- blow dryer- bathrobes- complimentary wine- both patio and balconies available- faces the valley for beautiful sunsets.

Directions

HDN- Yampa Valley Regional Airport Take US Highway 40 west into Steamboat Springs (approx 24 miles). Follow the signs to the Mt. Werner Road Exit. Turn toward the Steamboat Ski Area and proceed for 1-mile on Mt. Werner Rd. in the left lane. At the 1-mile point, drive slowly to turn left into a large skiers’ parking lot (Knoll Parking Lot). You will see The West sign with an arrow directing you left up our driveway. Our “Office” is on the backside of the property.

DEN-Denver International Airport Take I-70 west to the Silverthorne/Steamboat Exit (approx. 1 ½ hours). Turn right at exit and proceed on Colorado Highway 9 until you reach the town of Kremmling (approx. 1 hour). Turn left at the stoplight in Kremmling and proceed on U.S. Hwy 40 until you reach the beautiful Yampa Valley and Steamboat Springs (approx. 1 hour). One-quarter mile after the first traffic light take the Mt. Werner Rd. Exit. Turn right at stop and proceed for 1-mile on Mt. Werner Rd. in the left lane. At the 1-mile point, drive slowly to turn left into a large skiers’ parking lot (Knoll Parking Lot). You will see The West sign with an arrow directing you left up our driveway.
