Cancellation All cancelled reservations will be refunded the deposit minus a 30USD penalty fee. However, reservations cancelled within 21 days prior to arrival will be charged a penalty equal to the full stay plus tax. All no-shows charged the full stay plus tax.

Guarantee All reservations require a deposit of 1 night plus tax at time of booking to an accepted credit card. The full balance will be charged 21 days prior to arrival.
