Each condominium or town-home at Quail Run/Villas is light and airy offering an open great room with kitchen, dining and living areas creating an ideal setting for family meals, entertaining or just relaxing around the gas fireplace. A sliding glass door opens to a private balcony or patio. Quail Run/Villas offers outdoor hot tubs and a heated attached garage with ski storage. Plus, the free city ski shuttle stops close by and will have you at the gondola in just minutes. Minimum age required at check-in is 21. Please check-in at 675 Snap Dragon Way, Steamboat Springs, CO 80487. The check-in office is located at: 675 Snap Dragon Way, Steamboat Springs, CO, 80487. Guests must check-in/out at Pioneer Ridge Mgmt. at 675 Snap Dragon Way. Please have conf. number and ID. Check-in 4pm. Check-out is 10am. Although we try to have every unit ready by 4pm during busy times there may be delays. No refunds will be given due to delays. Check-in at Pioneer Ridge Management Office 675 Snap Dragon Way. Pick up phone by the door to speak with security. Security will take a manual imprint of a credit card and provide the guest with an arrival packet including maps and check in information.

Cancellation
If cancelled 45 or more days prior to check-in, a 250 USD cancellation penalty will be assessed. If cancelled less than 45 days prior to check-in, a penalty of 100 % will be assessed. |
