Storm Watch Condominiums come equipped with a full kitchen, gas fireplace and private deck with stunning views of Mt. Werner and the South Valley. Storm Watch also has a common area hot tub in the winter season and laundry facilities. During the winter months a complimentary shuttle takes guests to the slopes during the ski day and to town in the evening. Best of all, the Storm Watch complex offers guests a great location at an affordable price. During busy times there may be delays when checking in. No refunds will be given due to delays. Please note check-in location is at 675 Snapdragon Way, Steamboat Springs, CO 80487. The check-in office is located at: 675 Snapdragon Way, Steamboat Springs, CO, 80487. Check-in is at 4PM. Check-out is at 10AM. Check-in at the Pioneer Ridge Management Office within the Fish Creek office building 675 Snapdragon. Please supply confirmation number and valid ID. Minimum age required for check-in is 21. Check-in at the Pioneer Ridge Management Office-at 675 Snapdragon Way. Pick up phone by the door to speak with security. Security will take a manual imprint of a credit card and provide the guest with an arrival packet including maps and check-in information.

Cancellation
If cancelled 45 or more days prior to check-in, a 250 USD cancellation penalty will be assessed. If cancelled less than 45 days prior to check-in, a penalty of 100 % will be assessed. |
