Policies

Cancellation Must cancel prior to 4pm local hotel time on day of arrival to avoid a 1 night cancellation and/or no show charge. Jun25/05-Sept04/05 must cancel 14 days prior to arrival. Jan.01/05-Jun.24/05 and Sep.05/05-Dec.31/05 must cancel 48 hours prior to arrival.

Guarantee All reservations require a guarantee by valid credit card. Except during Jun25/05-Sept04/05 a 1 night deposit is required at time of booking, and 14 days advance cancellation.

From YLW Airport Follow Hwy 97 south all the way through Kelowna. Cross the Okanagan Lake bridge and continue for 2 kms to Westside Rd. Turn right and follow for 17 kms

From Vancouver From Vancouver - follow Hwy 1 to Hope. At Hope follow Hwy 5 to Merritt. At Merritt follow Hwy 97C to Okanagan Valley, then head north to Westside Rd. Turn left and follow for 17 kms From Seattle - follow I5 to Vancouver. Follow directions from Vancouver to property
