Within 30 days prior to arrival guest forfeits all monies. For Holiday Season: Up to 60 days prior to arrival initial deposit will be refunded less a $100.00 administrative fee. Within 60 days prior to arrival guest forfeits all monies. Cancellation policies may be different for some Premier Properties. Travel Insurance is available please call for details. |
