Cheat Mountain Club is located on Shaver's Fork, one of West Virginia's finest trout streams, and is surrounded by the 900,000 acre Monongahela National Forest. As recorded in the Club's historic guest register, this 180-acre private retreat was the lodging choice for Thomas Edison, Henry Ford and Harvey Firestone during a 1918 visit to the state. Once you have stayed at Cheat Mountain Club it will become yours as well.
