Policies

Cancellation Policies

Thirty days notice from arrival date is required to cancel or change your confirmation reservation to receive a deposit refund, less a $25 handling fee. If you cancel the confirmed reservation less than 30 days prior to your scheduled arrival, the advance deposit is forfeited.

Check In & Check Out Policies

Check in between 3 pm and 5 pm. Arrangements can be made for late arrival. In Case of late arrival the balance due at check in must be paid before 11 am the following morning.

I have stayed at Cinnamon Fern Chalet, located in the Northpoint Mountain Resort Community, on two occasions. It is the most sought after home in the community and is well appointed and very comfortable
