Cancellations
CANCELLATIONS MUST BE IN WRITING. If you cancel your reservation for any reason, you will be charged a $75.00 non-refundable cancellation fee. If you cancel at least 60 days prior to your arrival, you will receive a full refund, less a $75.00 cancellation fee. If you cancel less than 30 days prior to your arrival, you will be held responsible for the full rental rate for the entire period (unless your unit is re-rented) plus a $75.00 cancellation fee. Refunds due to cancellation will be payable within 30 days after the subsequent re-rent payment has cleared our accounts. We cannot make any substitutions or refunds upon arrival for any reason whatsoever. THIS CANCELLATION POLICY DOES NOT APPLY TO LAKEFRONT RENTALS. GUESTS RENTING LAKEFRONT PROPERTIES FORFEIT THEIR ENTIRE DEPOSIT. There are no refunds for poor snow conditions, severe weather, road closures, traffic delays, early departures, illness or injury, mechanical breakdown, or household appliance failure.
Check In & Check Out Policies
Check in time
Check-in time is 3:00PM or later. Our goal is to have all units ready by 3:00 P.M. Cleaning and maintenance cannot begin until the previous guests leave.
Please inquire about early check-in.
Checkout time
Checkout is 12:00 Noon, and is strictly enforced in the summer season. This means that on departure day, your unit should be vacated no later than 12:00 PM. In most cases, there will be another guest checking in later in the day.
Please inquire about late check-out.
*Any breakage or damage must be reported immediately during your stay and replacements costs covered before you leave.
