Policies

Cancellation Policies

If you cancel a guaranteed reservation more than 14 days prior (30 days for a reservation during Fall foliage) to scheduled arrival, we will be delighted to credit your deposit to another visit within 6 months, or we will refund your deposit less a $20 per room processing fee.

If you cancel 14 days (30 days for a reservation during Fall foliage) or less from the arrival date, you will be charged the full amount of your expected stay, plus tax, unless the room can be re-booked for the entire reserved period in which case a refund will be made less a $20 processing fee per room.

If you arrive after the date expected or depart before the final date of the guaranteed reservation, you will be charged the full amount of your expected stay.

All Black Locust Inn packages are non-refundable.
