These vacation rentals are luxuriously appointed with all the modern amenities to make you stay as enjoyable as possible! TV with cable, VCR, telephone and your bed and bath linens are provided. The kitchenette has microwave, dishwasher, refrigerator, sink and a two-burner hot plate. Cookware and tableware are provided. Many units have washer/dryers and even hot tubs or pools.

Cancellation Policies

Short-term rental cancellations received 45 days prior to schedule arrival date are subject to a refund less a service charge.

Cancellations received within the 45-day time period will result in forfeiture of all monies. However, if we are able to reassign the dates in their entirety, a refund less the service charge will be given.

No refunds will be given for any Holiday stays or for early departures.

Check In & Check Out Policies

Check-in is at 4:00pm.
Check out is at 11:00am.

  • Early arrivals / late departures may be available upon request. Please check with the office.
  • Late departure without prior approval will result in a charge.
  • All keys must be returned to our office, located at 101 Main Street, Ludlow.
