WINTER - Cancellation more than 1 month prior to check-in is a $25 cancellation fee. Less than 1 month is forfeiture of all money if it cannot be re-rented.

SUMMER - Cancellation more than 1 month prior to check-in is a 10% charge of total rental rate. Less than 1 month forfeiture of all money if it cannot be re-rented and 10% of total rental rate if it can be re-rented.
