Short-term Vacation Rentals
"Short-term" is defined as weekend, weekly or any rental under a month. Properties rented on this basis include: fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, washer/dryer, fireplace with firewood, complete linen package, television with basic cable (where available) and telephone. Rates exclude tax, gratuity and security deposit.

Long-term Rentals
"Long-term" is defined as any rental lasting a month or more. Rates do not include linens, utilities, or security deposits. Summer Seasonal rates are per month for a 2 month or more lease. Winter seasonal rates are based on arrival December 1 and departure April 30. (These dates may be negotiable with the owner.) If you are interested in year round rentals, please contact us.
