Cancellation Policies
Cancellations may be made up to 14 days before reservation date and receive a full refund – minus a $35.00 processing fee per room. Or you may choose a gift certificate good for the entire amount. Cancellation After 14 days, if the room cannot be sold, we will issue a gift certificate good for one year. The cancellation gift certificates will not be valid for Holidays & Foliage Season.
Cancellations made within 7 days or less of reservation will Forfeit deposit Entirely.
Late arrivals and early departures will be charged for full amount & no gift certificate will be issued.
During Holidays and Foliage Season, cancellations must be made 21days in advance in order to receive a refund –
minus a $35.00 processing fee per room.
After 21 days full deposit is forfeited.
Check In & Check Out Policies
Check-in is 2:00 PM
Check Out is 11:00 AM
A two night stay (Thursday & Friday, Friday & Saturday, or Saturday & Sunday) during weekends is required in January, February, March, July, August, September, October. Other two night minimums: Christmas, New Year’s, Easter, Thanksgiving, Mother's Day, and Fourth of July. Three night minimums are required for Presidents Weekend, Memorial Day Weekend, Labor Day Weekend, & Columbus Day Weekend
