If you need to Cancel, we allow our guests to cancel up until noon the day before arrival with a full refund less the amount of the Cancellation fee and booking fee. There is no refund for unused time that is a result of late arrivals, early departures or no shows. There are no cancellations during the New Years holiday. If you cancel your New Years reservation, you will forfeit all deposits. Wanting to switch a property will also fall under this cancellation. We will try to rebook the property. If we rebooked the property in full, we will refund your payments made less a $500 cancellation/rebooking fee to the guest. Check In & Check Out Policies
Check in time is 5pm or later during the winter season (Nov. 1 - April 30) and 4pm or later during the summer months (May 1 - Oct 31). Request for early arrivals are accepted when possible but never guaranteed. |
