Our Deposit and Cancellation Policy: Upon making a reservation a deposit equal to one nights quoted rate is required and will be charged to your credit or charge card to guarantee your reservation. If you must cancel at least 21 days prior to the starting date of your reservation your deposit will be refunded, less a 25% processing fee. If you do not cancel until fewer than 21 days before your scheduled arrival, or if you are a "no show" your deposit will be forfeited. Because of our small size cancellations affect us significantly and we do not over-book, as large hotels do. You are guaranteed that a room will be available for you so long as you arrive on the first day of your reservation.

Check in time is 4:00 P.M. to 9:00 P.M.
Check out time on your day of departure is 11:00 A.M

Later check ins are possible only by prior arrangement. Please understand this is an owner operated business and our days start very early so that we may personally prepare and serve breakfast to our guests.
