Cancellation Policies

Cancellation notice is required 14 days prior to arrival (a 30 day cancellation is required for all cottages during Summer, Fall & Holiday periods and for all accommodations during holiday periods) or this deposit will be forfeited in full. Sorry, we cannot provide a refund for early departures.

Holiday Dates: December 19, 2008 - January 3, 2009, July 4, 2009, September 4 - 6, 2009, October 9 - 11, 2009, November 26, 2009 and December 24, 2009 - January 3, 2010.

Check In & Check Out Policies

Check-in is at 3:00 pm and check-out is at 11:00 am.
