Due to our intimate size, cancellations do affect us greatly. Should you find it necessary to cancel your reservation, we must receive notice not less than 14 days (30 days for the summer season and winter holiday vacation weeks) prior to the arrival date, in which case your deposit will be refunded less a $20 cancellation charge per room booked. If canceling less than 14 days (30 days for the summer season and winter holiday vacation weeks) prior to arrival and we are able to re-rent the room, we will refund your deposit less a $20 cancellation fee. Unfortunately if we are unable to rent the room, your deposit will be forfeited. Check In & Check Out Policies
Check-in after 3:00 pm. Check-out by 11:00 am. If you arrive early on your check-in date, feel free to enjoy our property and its amenities until your room becomes available at 3:00 pm. Likewise, after you check-out of your room, our property and amenities are available to you all day on the date of check-out. |
