All cancelled reservations outside of penalty period are subject to a $20 processing fee. Weekday (non-holiday) reservations cancelled with less than seven (7) days notice will forfeit one night's room and tax. Holiday and weekend cancellations cancelled with less than fourteen (14) days notice will result in forfeiture of total length of stay.
