Deposit/Cancellation Policy


All reservations require a deposit of 50% to receive confirmation.

Holiday periods – (Christmas Holidays; Martin Luther King; President’s
week) The balance of a reservation will be charged to the credit card on file 30 days prior to arrival. Cancellations within 30 days of arrival are subject to full forfeiture. Cancellations made outside of 30 days will receive a refund, less a $50.00 fee.

Peak Winter season – January – March
(excluding holidays) The balance of a reservation is due at check-in. Cancellations within 14 days of arrival are subject to full forfeiture. Cancellations made outside of 14 days will receive a refund, less a $50.00 fee.

All other time periods: The balance of a reservation is due at check-in. Cancellations within 7 days of arrival are subject to full forfeiture. Cancellations made outside 7 days will receive a refund less a $20.00 fee. The cancel fee is per unit. A date change inside the forfeit period is a cancellation. PETS Sorry, due to the individual ownership of the properties, pets are not permitted in any unit.

Requests: A request for a specific unit or location should not be construed as a guarantee. It is our intention to make your stay as enjoyable as possible by making every attempt to honor specific requests you have made. However, due to the individual ownership of the units, and the limited number of units under our control, it is not always possible to honor every request.
