Mountain Watch and Village Watch
Situated between the Tamarack Triple Chair Lift and Village Lift, these resort side condominums offer functional floor plans, and comfortable areas for family or group gatherings. Built 1985-1987.

Ober Tal
Stratton's only one bedroom & one bedroom plus loft condominiums, located resort side. With an open and airy floor plan Ober Tal is the perfect vacation hideaway for the small family. Built in 1983.

Tree Top
Tree Top condos are spacious 3 & 4 bedroom townhouses. They are one of the newer developments here at Stratton, built from 2003-2006. These condos have 3 floors. The lower floor is a den with a fireplace, bathroom, and washer/dryer. The main floor has a fully equip country style kitchen, dining room with a family size table, living room with fireplace, TV, and phone. The higher floor is mainly the bedrooms and bathrooms depending on the unit. Each Tree Top condo has its own private outside hot tub and a covered porch to enjoy the beautiful view and the fresh mountain air.

Cancellation Policies

Deposit/Cancellation Policy


All reservations require a deposit of 50% to receive confirmation.


Holiday periods - (Christmas Holidays; Martin Luther King; President's
week) The balance of a reservation will be charged to the credit card on file 30 days prior to arrival. Cancellations within 30 days of arrival are subject to full forfeiture. Cancellations made outside of 30 days will receive a refund, less a $50.00 fee.


Peak Winter season - January - March
(excluding holidays) The balance of a reservation is due at check-in. Cancellations within 14 days of arrival are subject to full forfeiture. Cancellations made outside of 14 days will receive a refund, less a $50.00 fee.


All other time periods: The balance of a reservation is due at check-in. Cancellations within 7 days of arrival are subject to full forfeiture. Cancellations made outside 7 days will receive a refund less a $20.00 fee. The cancel fee is per unit. A date change inside the forfeit period is a cancellation. PETS Sorry, due to the individual ownership of the properties, pets are not permitted in any unit.
