Cancellations prior to 45 days of arrival forfeit $50.00 per unit. Cancellations 45 to 30 days prior to arrival forfeit two nights lodging. Cancellations less than 30 days prior to arrival forfeit full payment. No Snow Cancellation Policy Deer Valley, Park City, and The Canyons have different "No Snow" policies. If the ski resorts fall into a "No Snow" situation, all deposits, less a $75 per unit handling fee, may be refundable. Reservations must be canceled no earlier than noon, 48 hours prior to arrival date. |

| Check-in time is 4:00pm, check-out time is 10:00am. Early check-ins cannot be guaranteed. Late check-outs will be assessed an additional night's lodging unless prior arrangements have been made. Winter hours are 8:00am to 10:00pm. Keys will be in a late check-in box for after hour arrivals. |
