Prospector Square Lodge has one of the largest conference centers in Park City with ten fully-appointed meeting rooms, plus our Prospector Theater which seats over 350 theater-style. We can accommodate any set from classroom or theater to exhibits and banquets, with a total square footage of 10,880.

The hotel is proud to host the world famous Sundance Festival every January. Prospector is one of the key movie screening venues for the Festival.

Summer (April-December 18)
More than 48 hours before arrival- $25.00 per room cancellation fee
48 hours or less before arrival- One night's lodging fee per room

Winter (December 19-March 31)(*except during Sundance Film Festival)
More than 30 days before arrival- $50.00 cancellation fee
30 days or less before arrival - 2 night lodging fee
No refund for late arrivals (after confirmed arrival date), no shows or early departures.

Sundance Film Festival (January 20-February 2, 2010)
More than 30 days before arrival - 2 night lodging forfeited
30 days or less before arrival- Full forfeiture unless room can be resold for same dates
No refund for late arrivals (after confirmed arrival date), no shows or early departures.

Check in time is 4:00pm
Check out time is 11:00am

Guests wishing to arrive early or check out late should contact our Front Desk Supervisor for approval. Luggage storage is available if your request cannot be accommodated.
