Our BARN is a perfect place for large groups
  • 10 to 16 guests -- five to nine bedrooms and four bathrooms
  • 16 to 34 guests -- nine to 12 bedrooms and six bathrooms
  • At our Mini-Lodge, eight to 10 guests -- two or three bedrooms and two bathrooms

    Just perfect for smaller groups
  • At our ANNEX (five acres)
  • Two to 12 guests -- we have two condominium apartments at our family residence (one mile from the Barn) -- each with private entrances and a private parking area.

    At Meadowbrook Ranch
  • We raise Charolais Beef Cattle(57 acres)
  • Two to 12 guests -- we have one condominium apartment with one to four bedrooms and two bathrooms (two miles from the Barn).

    A booking with us will ensure that your group will enjoy total privacy.

    All three locations provide a tranquil setting nestled in the mountains of Pennsylvania.

  • You will be able to do your own cooking in our fully equipped kitchens (bedding and towels are provided and most units have washers and dryers).
  • If your group doesn't want to do their own cooking, we can arrange to cater meals (additional charge).
  • Our two-bedroom apartment has two bathrooms, a gas fireplace in the living room and a large kitchen.
  • Our one-bedroom apartment has one bathroom, a living room and kitchen.
  • There is a connecting door between the two apartments that can be opened making these two units very suitable for groups of from 10 to 12 people.
  • The kitchen/dining room area in the two-bedroom apartment will accommodate a group of 12 for meals.

  • At our Beef Cattle Ranch, we have an apartment with a loft in the living room, kitchen, two bathrooms that can accommodate two to 12 guests with up to four bedrooms -- private entrance and a private parking area. Cross-Country Skiing
  • At Callender's Maple Sugar House three miles away
  • $10 per day/skiing and equipment rentals.
