There are two sizes to the Motel rooms. Our Family rooms have a Queen and two Twins with a fold up Twin bed for an extra person when needed. There are also the Regular rooms with a Queen Bed that also have a fold up Twin bed for another person. A few rooms have a college bunk twin which is for the extra tall person in place of the fold up twin.. All the beds are either brand new or within the last year or two. Cable TV is currently in all rooms. All the HBO and Premium movie channels are included as well as local channels. The air conditioning is now in all the motel rooms during the summer. All the rooms have private bath and shower. Coffee makers in all rooms and wireless & hard wired internet ia all rooms. Refrigerators, hair dryers, & microwaves & clocks are available on limited basis if you ask ahead of time.

Ski Storage

Please understand that we have a two day notice for cancellations. This means that we would greatly appreciate it that you should call us by Thursday Noon if staying that weekend in order to cancel. If this is not possible, we will take each case on an individual basis as regards to if any penalities will be charged.

We reserve the right to wait to see if the room is rented before making a decision. If we are lucky enough to rent the room(s), then we usually will not charge the person making the cancellation(s). As far as skiing is concerned, we feel as long as ELK is open we assume skiing is OK and good.

We guarantee the room with a credit card for the 1st night and ask you to bring the card with you so we can swipe it. They take less % on processing when the card is swiped. And everyone gets a receipt that way so there is less confusion.
