Our modern, heated, and air conditioned cottages are about average, wisely furnished, well equipped, and comfortable. We will do all we can to make your vacation a happy, memorable experience.

Located nine miles southwest of Stroudsburg, PA in the beautiful Pocono Mountains. The perfect vacation spot all year around. We are located 90 miles from New York and Philadelphia.

Burney's Cottage offers acres of beautifully maintained grounds, shade trees, shrubs, and numerous flower beds which overlook a magnificent panoramic view of the Pocono Mountains.

Each Cottage is tastefully furnished with color TV, air conditioning, and heat. Pots, dishes, siverware, toaster, stove with ove and refrigerator are also included.

Our recreation room offers a pool table, shuffleboard, ping pong, air hockey, and video games.

We are located in the heart of golf and ski country. Famous ski areas such as Camelback, Big Boulder, and Jack Frost are only minutes away and golf courses are too numerous to mention.
