Cancellation: Reservations must be cancelled at least 30 days prior to arrival for refund (less $50 cancellation fee). Reservations cancelled within 30-days of arrival will forfeit full rental charge. Guests may reschedule their stay based on availabilty. There will be no refunds due to acts of God, nature, weather or weather-related situations, mechanical failure, ski or golf conditions, power failures or family feuds. |
| Check In & Check Out Policies | |
| Check-in is anytime after 3 PM. Check-out is 11 AM. Unless prior arrangements are made, late check-outs will be charged for an additional night. However, we will do our best to offer guests a late-afternoon departure if the condo is not rented for the next day. |
