A deposit is required on all reservations. Upon reserving your unit, a deposit equal to one night will be charged to your credit card. This deposit is applied to your reservation total, and the balance will be due on check-in. In the event of a cancellation, your deposit is fully refundable 14 days prior to your arrival date. If you should cancel less than 14 days of your arrival, you may rebook a property within 60 days of the original arrival date, and apply the deposit to the new reservation.

Check-in time is 4:00 pm. Condotel guarantee that you may check into your unit anytime after 4:00 pm. If you are planning an earlier arrival in Ruidoso, please contact Condotel the day before your arrival, and if possible, Condotel can accommodate your request.

Check-out time is 11:00 am. If you would prefer a later check-out time, please call the office on the day of your departure. If possible, we will be happy to grant the request. Check outs later than 2:00 pm are not allowed. Thank you for observing this policy.
