Located in the center of town, across the street from the main ski lift, and a stones throw from Red River's main shopping district, Sitzmark Sports and Lodging is convenient and affordable

Cancellation Policies

No refunds on early checkouts. Refunds on cancellations if received 30 days in advance (less 20% handling charge). Otherwise refunds only if units are re-rented. For Christmas reservations, no refunds if reservations are cancelled after Nov. 1st, unless units are re-rented. All refunds require 4-5 weeks processing time.
