Should you find it necessary to cancel your reservation, you must do so ten (15) days in advance of your intended arrival in order to receive a refund of your deposit, less a $25 cancellation fee. Deposits are non-refundable for cancellations made after that point. A 30 day cancellation period is required for reservations from December 21 - January 2. Early departures and late arrivals will be charged for the entire confirmed stay. Check In & Check Out Policies
