The Kancamagus Motor Lodge offers clean, comfortable and cozy rooms at reasonable rates, within walking distance to fine shops and outlets (with tax-free shopping), area attractions and fine restaurants.

Only one mile from Loon Mountain, one of New England's best ski resorts and only minutes from Cannon Mountain, Bretton Woods, Waterville, Tenney and other recreation areas.

All of their 34 rooms are attractively decorated with comfortable, queen or two double beds, television, telephone, air conditioning and in-room steambaths.

Each room is only steps to Brittany's Cafe, where you can enjoy breakfast with a view of the mountains, including Belgian waffles and many home-baked treats. Relax with your friends at CJ's Sports Bar and Pub, enjoy watching the game on one of the four TV's and order up some of the great sandwich and appetizers that make CJ's the local hot spot for fun.

Standard Rooms
Offering easy accessibility from car to room, these units are located on the lower level of the main lodge. All standard rooms have two double beds and most are fitted with our wonderful steam-bath showers.

Balcony Rooms
Available exclusively on the upper levels of the main building, these have
a choice of either two double or one queen size bed and are fitted with private
balconies for your relaxation and enjoyment, looking out towards Loon
Mountain's South Peak. Most of these rooms are equipped with steam-bath showers.

Deluxe Rooms
Located in our West Lodge, newly renovated oversized rooms
offer additional living space and privacy.
Each room is fitted with two double beds and a steam-bath shower.

Family Rooms, Our Largest Rooms
Also located in the West Lodge, newly renovated rooms offer all of the
amenities of a deluxe room with the addition of a sleeper sofa,
refrigerator, and expanded living space for the enjoyment of your
family or large group.

All rooms have quick and easy access to NEW Indoor Pool facility! Don't forget your bathing suit, so that you can enjoy the fabulous ALL NEW INDOOR HEATED POOL and game room.
