Built in 1784 and listed on the National Register of Historic Places, Lovett's Inn offers a variety of accommodations in either the Historic Inn or intimate cottages, most with fireplaces.

Nestled in the small village of Franconia, our Historic Inn is accented by tasteful interior decorating full of antiques and panoramic views of the White Mountains.

Winters are wonderful, too, with fireplaces in all our common rooms, providing both warmth and atmosphere.

Cancellation Policies

A seven day notice of change if reservation dates or cancellation is required for a refund of deposit, less a $25.00 cancellation fee. Fourteen days notice required during fall foliage and holiday season.

Check In & Check Out Policies

Check in: is between 3:00 and 8:00 PM unless prior arrangements have been made.
Check out: is by 11:00 AM. Feel free to enjoy our common areas after you have checked out.
