Double Queen Units
There are nine double queen motel units, each with two queen-size beds, color-remote-cable televisions, small refrigerator, a/c, heat and working desk with secondary phone jacks for computer modems.

One Bedroom Suite
There are 32 one bedroom suites each with queen-size bed in the bedroom, full-size sleep sofa in the living room, fully applianced kitchen, private bath, private balcony, color-cable televisions, and individual climate control.

One Bedroom Lakeview Suite
There are 14 one bedroom lakeview suites each with queen-size bed in the bedroom, full-size sleep sofa in the living room, fully applianced kitchen, private bath, private balcony, color-cable televisions, and individual climate control. The one bedroom lakeview suites are not actually located on the beachfront. They are across the street from the lake, but do have an excellent view of the lake.

One Bedroom Whirlpool Suite
There are 10 one bedroom whirlpool suites each with queen-size bed in the bedroom, full-size sleep sofa in the living room, fully applianced kitchen, private bath with a two-person private whirlpool tub, private balcony, color-cable televisions, and individual climate control.

One Bedroom Whirlpool Lakeview Suite
There are 2 one bedroom whirlpool lakeview suites each with queen-size bed in the bedroom, full-size sleep sofa in the living room, fully applianced kitchen, private bath with two-person private whirlpool bath, private balcony, color-cable televisions, and individual climate control. Two Bedroom Lofted Suites
There are 8 two bedroom lofted suites each with a queen size-bed in the first bedroom, full-size bed in the second bedroom, queen-size sleep sofa in the living room, carpeted sleeping loft above the kitchen (there is no bedding in the sleeping lofts, but they are functional for sleeping older children in sleeping bags), fully applianced kitchen, private bath with two-person private whirlpool bath, private balcony with lakefront views, color-cable television, and individual climate control.

Two Bedroom Executive Suites
There are 3 two bedroom executive suites each with a king size-bed in the first bedroom, queen-size bed in the second bedroom, queen-size sleep sofa in the living room, fully applianced kitchen, private bath with two-person private whirlpool bath, private balcony with the best view on Lake Winnipesaukee, color-cable television, and individual climate control.

Honeymoon Suite
There is 1 Honeymoon Suite with a king-size, heated, mahogany waterbed, two person-private whirlpool bath in the private bathroom, fully applianced kitchen, private balcony with lakefront views of Lake Winnipesaukee, color-cable television, and individual climate control.
