Cranmore Mountain Lodge Bed and Breakfast, an historic New England Country Inn, is the perfect place to unwind. The Lodge is located just 1/2 mile from Cranmore Mountain. Open year round, our atmosphere is homey and our accommodations and reasonable rates are ideal for families and groups. Baseball fans will be interested to know that Babe Ruth spent many happy days at the lodge when he came to visit his daughter and son-in-law who owned the Inn during the forties. His favorite room, #2, has been maintained, together with the original furniture, as it was when the Babe stayed in our Bed and Breakfast Inn. The main building is an Old New England farmhouse with a cozy fireplace sitting room and baby grand piano, a TV and game room and a variety of comfortable guest rooms as well as a year round heated pool, outdoor hot tub, petting farm and skating pond.
