From the very first time you approach this majestic home, you will easily understand why it has been hosting guests for nearly 75 years.

With its long drive, bordered by stone walls, its setting on a knoll with spectacular views of the White Mountains, its rugged landscaping inspired by the Olmsted Brothers, and its graceful colonial revival design, Adair is pleasing to the eye and worthy of a painting.

We have ten spacious guest accommodations at Adair. There are nine rooms in the main building and a private, two-bedroom, one-bath cottage at the base of the hill next to our gated garden.

Each guest room at Adair is named after a mountain in the Presidential Range. Although each is unique in terms of layout, furnishings, decor, and views, all of our rooms are comfortably appointed with antiques, reproductions, original art, and wall-to-wall carpeting and share certain common elements.
