Cancellation Policies
CANCELLATION must be made in writing. Notice 30 days prior to your arrival entitles a refund of deposit less a 10% cancellation fee. Within 30 days before your arrival, notice cancellation will authorize us to make every effort to re-rent the reserved space. If re-rented, a refund will be made less 10% cancellation fee. If not re-rented, the deposit will be retained.
Check In & Check Out Policies
CHECK IN TIME: Please call one week prior to your arrival to arrange a check-in between 3:00 p.m. and 5:00 p.m. You will check in at CENTURY 21 The Summit, Inc. office located at 110 South Broadway, Red Lodge, MT. If your arrival is after office hours and we have not received this information, you will not be allowed to check into your property until 8:00 a.m. the following day. No check-ins will be allowed after 10:00 p.m.
CHECK OUT TIME is 11:00 a.m. on departure day in order that the accommodations may be cleaned in time for the next arrival. We reserve the right to charge 10% of the nightly rate for every half hour late on departure. This does not authorize the guest to occupy the property beyond checkout time of 11:00 a.m. Keys may be left on the kitchen counter and the door locked as you leave.
