Welcome to The Cedar Guest House, which lies 1 mile north of historic Red Lodge, Montana on Hwy 212. Our guest house sits on 10 wooded acres, with Rock Creek only a short walk through the trees. The house gives you the quiet comfort needed for a truly relaxing vacation, anyt$ime of the year.

Just outside the back door is a beautiful multi level deck for you viewing pleasure with a 6 person hot tub and a spacious yard. The front deck offers a stunning view of the Beartooth Mountain Range and the Red Lodge Mountain ski runs. Look to the west and you will see the Red Lodge Golf Course.

This sunny cedar log home features 3 bedrooms and 2 baths. It has vaulted ceilings and lots of windows to enjoy the grandeur of the area. The living room features a stone fireplace and many antique furnishings.

It contains a fully equipped modern kitchen, with all the conviences, and an attached dining room that seats 8 for you dining pleasure.

Early morning risers may have the opportunity to see deer grazing in the pasture and occasionally, a red fox sneaking back into the safety of the woods. Once in a while, moose will romp past the fenced yard. This is Montana naturally.

During you stay at The Cedar Guest House, you are welcome to enjoy the local activities in Red Lodge. These include rodeos, museums, The Festival of Nations, golfing, skiing, snowmobiling, hunting, fishing, hiking, mountain biking and more; all available minutes from The Cedar Guest House.

Take a romantic ride on the horse-drawn wagon, with a ride through town or take the children to visit the petting zoo.

Don't forget shopping! Red Lodge is filled with unique gift shops, restaurants and specialty stores. Enjoy homemade fresh-baked bread from the City Bakery. Our grandparents had the bakery in 1936 and on through the late 1960's; the quality and traditions live on today.

We are about 65 miles from the entrance to Yellowstone National Park, driving up the Beartooth Scenic Highway, dubbed "The Most Beautiful Highway In America" by Charles Kuralt.
